CANCELLATION POLICY

To keep that experience consistent and peaceful for everyone, we kindly ask that you review the following policies: 💳 Payment & Booking We accept Cash, Card, and Venmo. Checks are not accepted, as we prioritize secure and seamless transactions. Appointments are reserved with intention. 🕒 Timing & Cancellations Please arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service, fee, or rescheduling. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a fee. This must be paid before booking your next service. 👥 Guest & Child Policy To maintain a calm and focused environment: Children and guests are not permitted unless pre-approved. This ensures that every client receives undivided attention and therapeutic care. 🤒 Wellness & Safety Your health is sacred, and so is ours. Please reschedule if you are experiencing cough, fever, runny nose, or flu-like symptoms. Visible rash, open wounds, or skin irritation on hands or feet. Fungal infections or any contagious condition If signs of illness are present, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
